Welcome to the exploration

Been encouraged lately to start writing again, so will attempt to get back into it.
Want to focus on faith, leadership, and why I don't have a cool nickname like Tiger Woods. Ok, so I can't break 100, and don't instill fear in the top golfers in the world, or really anyone, but at least my first name isn't Eldrick.

Anyway, want to explore questions of my work, and how come we can't seem to break through some of the barriers in organizational structure, want to discuss concerns about church, and the damage we seem to do to people's faith by demanding that they fit into our culture and strictures, and, of course, need a space to be little random, as too much of my life is programmed these day.

So let me know what you think. Disagree with me, laugh at me, or even with me, and engage the questions with me.
